. Nurturing self-responsibility, accountability & honesty for the choice of life that he   wishes to make.
. Developing skill for community living.
. Training in fidelity to daily task and personal obligation..
. Developing the personal talents and gifts of the juniors.
. Encouraging a healthy affective life.
. Developing leadership qualities in them.

Action Plan :

> Practices on health and hygiene are encouraged.
> Programmes on identifying their talents and gifts are provided and means to    improve
> Music class is arranged for the 1st years on every Wednesday and Sunday.
> Weekly timetable provides time to develop self-reading.
> Juniors join with the Brothers for the Community recreation on Fridays.
> To update the G.K, the juniors are given the opportunity to watch the programme    on "The World this week".
> The Brothers and Lasallian partners are invited to provide are invited to provide    Enlightenment programme (Conference) for the Juniors on Sunday.
> The Juniors are given manual work and gardening everyday so as to    understand the dignity of labour and preservation of ecology.
> Opportunity is given to work in a team so as to have a taste for life of association    and collaboration by forming three committees an spiritual, sports and    entertainments.
> Lasallian festivals are celebrated with special interest and viguor.
> Special responsibilities are given so as to develop in leadership quality .
> Juniors Birthdays' are celebrated.
> Juniors' Day is celebrated on 21st of November.
