The aspirancy, as a center for the pastoral ministry of vocations, offers young people the opportunity to live in a way that suits their age and their mentality while introducing them to some extent to the Brothers' way of life.

The Brothers assist the candidates in their growth as persons, towards effective maturity, education in freedom, progressive awareness and actual discharge of their responsibility. The Brothers also encourage them in their discernment process.

- Initiating him to discover himself and to direct his skills and talents effectively.
