meeting
The parents also must play an important role in educating their children.
The parents meetings are conducted once a month, where the parents
of all the tuition students come together and get to know about the
children's progress in studies. |
Medical
checkups
In order to keep up the health standard of the children St. Joseph's
Development Trust organizes regular health checkups. Daily visits
are made and medical treatment is given to those children who are
found sick. The children with the major problems are taken to hospitals. |
Picnics
During the summer holidays and semester holidays the children are
taken for excursion. Trekking is arranged as a special educational
and recreational programme for the children. This is also to create
in them a kind of environmental awareness. |
