After establishing the Lasalle School, the Brothers ventured into start a life coping skill training for the weaker students and school dropouts. In 1998 Lasalle Technical Institute was established having Air-condition and Refrigeration courses. This course got the recognition of the government. The students taking up these courses are trained well and given government certificate which helps them to get better job. During the training period, the students are sent for implant practical training to the nearby small industries which helps them to acquire practical knowledge. In addition to present courses, Electrical training course was also started in 2000.

There have been more than 200 students got trained in these courses. Almost all the students got recruited in various companies and settled well in life. Some have become entrepreneurs.
