The task undertaken in the novitiate needs to be completed in a coherent manner during this 2 years period. It is lived in a community of Brothers with temporary vows who are accompanied by an animating team under the responsibility of a Brother Director. As the young Brother comes into contact with the reality of community life and of the apostolate, he will continue to discover progressively his own Lasallian identity

St. Joseph's Boys Village functions as a community for the Post-Novitiate Brothers. These Brothers are accompanied in their teaching experience for two years. A fine ambience is provided for the poor, marginalized, difficult and orphan children. This experience becomes a formative as they are closely accompanied.
