Vocation Formation Programme

n

"The entire people of God has the responsibility for awakening, discerning and developing vocations in the Church. The Brothers share in this work with the rest of the Christian community, especially the parents, priests, religious and lay teachers. They invite in a special way the most committed members of the educational community to join with them in the pastoral ministry of vocations." (Rule : 83)

n

Vocation is a call, a response and an encounter between God and man. Each man constructs his own identity in a unique way and gradually takes his place with others in the historical reality and the world.

Aim

It aims to bring to the surface and identify those young people showing signs of vocation and to accompany them up to the moment they choose to pursue this vocation and enter the Juniorate. Every call to a vocation comes either from groups which have this vocation and pass it on, or from groups in which faith is lived and in which vocations are fostered.

1  To assist the young men to discover the call of God
2  To foster the vocation of these young men in hands with their parents
3  To work in close association with the team Members to continue to      foster the  vocation  of these young men
