The Postulancy is that stage in initial formation which precedes and prepares for entry into the Novitiate. The Postulancy offers the candidate the means to continue to mature as a person and to enrich his faith, so that he can discern how authentic is his vocation to the Brothers' life. It brings to maturity his decision to enter the Novitiate by allowing him to experience for the first time the Institute's religious, community and apostolic life.

   Nature of the Postulancy

The Postulancy House is situated in Boys Town premise. The Brothers involving in three different units namely Delegation Central Office, Boys Town Welfare &Training and Postulancy form a community and live together.

Bro. Christopher, Bro. Joseph Reid and Bro. Kennedy who are assigned to work full time in the Postulancy participate in all the possible aspects of the community, like prayers, recollections and community meetings with the Brothers.
